Terms of Service

Castlehome is operated by CASTLEHILL HOME DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED. We sell finished home decor, textile and storage products — cushion covers, throws, bedding, curtains, rugs, shelves, hooks, baskets, storage boxes, frames, vases, faux plants and rechargeable LED electronic candles — sold individually or as room sets. All prices are in USD.

• We do not undertake, arrange, subcontract, quote for or collect payment for any construction, building, renovation, fitting or installation work.
• We do not sell building materials, structural components, load-bearing parts, electrical, gas, plumbing, window systems or heating equipment.
• We do not sell real candles, open flames or any combustible or ignitable product. Ambient light products are rechargeable LED electronic candles only.
• Nothing on this site is architectural, structural, planning, electrical, gas or plumbing advice.

Wall shelves, hooks and similar items must be installed by you on a suitable wall, following the stated maximum load and instructions. Drilling safety, structural loading and installation are your responsibility. These items must not be used for structural or load-bearing purposes.

We describe textiles by material only and make no medical, antibacterial, therapeutic or health claims. Colours may vary slightly from screen to product. All patterns are plain, geometric or our own original designs; we do not use third-party logos, characters, team badges or licensed artwork.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in USD and may include shipping and applicable tax at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive your full card details. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Resident and Homeowner memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD. Benefits apply to the current period only and do not carry over. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Membership is a shopping-benefit subscription, not a stored balance, points pack or product.

Delivery timescales and eligible countries are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds, including hygiene exclusions for opened bedding, towels and bath mats, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

You agree to use the site lawfully and as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. The store is not for under-13s; customers aged 13–17 need guardian consent to order, and must be 18+ to hold a paid membership.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, but we do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). We are not liable for misuse, incorrect installation, or use of items outside their stated purpose or load rating.
