This policy covers safe use of our products and fair use of our website.
1. Product safety and intended use
- Wall shelves and hooks: install on a suitable wall following the stated maximum load and instructions. Do not exceed the load rating; do not use for structural or load-bearing purposes. Drilling and installation safety are your responsibility.
- LED electronic candles: these are rechargeable, flame-free electronic products. Do not attempt to burn them or use them near real flames. Charge with the supplied method only.
- Textiles (bedding, throws, towels): follow the care label. We make no medical, antibacterial or therapeutic claims.
- Kids' room items: keep away from children under 3 where a choking-hazard note applies, and supervise use.
2. What we do not supply
Castlehome supplies finished soft-furnishing goods only. We do not provide construction, building, renovation, fitting, installation, electrical, gas or plumbing services, and nothing on the site should be treated as such advice.
3. Website use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or to place fraudulent or automated bulk orders.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Do not submit others' personal data without a lawful basis in our forms.
4. Reporting and contact
Report a safety concern or misuse to support@castlehomedev.shop. We may suspend access for breaches of this policy.
