Castlehome ships finished home decor, textile and storage products worldwide to selected countries. All charges are in USD.
1. Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Sweden. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will advise.
2. Shipping cost
- Standard shipping is a flat USD 12 per order at checkout.
- Resident members receive free shipping over an order threshold; Homeowner members receive free shipping on every order.
- Any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs are your responsibility.
3. Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- UK delivery: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
4. Tracking and carriers
We dispatch via reputable postal and courier carriers. Once your order ships, we email tracking details. The carrier receives only the delivery address and contact information needed to deliver your order.
5. Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping may apply.
6. Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact support@castlehomedev.shop and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
