1. Our content
All site text, product photography, patterns and designs are owned by CASTLEHILL HOME DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED or used under licence. Our patterns are plain, geometric or original; we do not use third-party logos, characters, team badges or licensed artwork. You may not copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.
2. Content you submit
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it does not include third-party trademarks, copyrighted artwork or other people's personal data without consent.
3. Licence you grant us
- You grant Castlehome a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce the content you submit for marketing and on our product pages.
- You can ask us to remove your submitted content at any time by emailing us.
- You keep ownership of what you submit.
