Refund & Return Policy

We want your room to feel right. If a set isn't for you, here is how returns and refunds work.
1. Standard return window
You can return unused, unopened and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Resident members have a 60-day window; Homeowner members also have a 60-day window. Membership subscriptions themselves are handled under "Membership" below.
2. Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless faulty:
- Bedding and duvet covers
- Bath towels and hand towels
- Bath mats and other close-to-body or cleaning textiles
Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@castlehomedev.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Pack items securely in resalable condition with any original packaging.
5. Refund timing and method
Once we receive and check your return, we process refunds within 5–10 business days to your original Stripe payment method. For change-of-mind returns, outbound and return shipping may be non-refundable; faulty-item returns are fully refunded. All refunds are issued in USD.
6. Membership cancellations
You can cancel a Resident or Homeowner membership at any time. Access and benefits continue until the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate part-periods. Benefits do not carry over after cancellation.
